［ お客様ご都合の場合 ］

商品に不備がない限り返品・交換は致しかねます。ご了承ください。
※パソコンや携帯端末での閲覧という特性上、商品の画像が実際の色目と多少異なる場合が有りますがご了承ください。 画像の色目については当方の不備として扱いません。色味など詳細を詳しく知りたい方はご購入前にお問い合わせください。

［ 当店不備の場合 ］

返品・交換をご希望の場合は、商品到着後7日以内に当店宛てにご連絡ください。
なお、返品・交換をお受けできる条件は下記の通りです。

・商品到着から7日以内(トラブルや不具合のある商品については、メーカー保証または法律に別段の定めがある場合を除きます)
・未使用品（加工、修理された商品は不可）
・納品書、タグ、内紙等付属品完備（タグを紛失した場合、返品・交換をお受けできませんのでご注意ください）
・商品や外装の状態が、お届け時と大きく変化が無い（お客のもとでニオイが付着したり、汚れ、キズ、日光による焼けが生じた商品は不可）
・値下げ、セール品でない商品

また、不具合のある商品を受け取った場合も返品・交換を承ります。 商品が到着しましたら、まず「商品に不良箇所の有無」、「ご注文内容との相違」を必ずご確認ください。 到着から8日以上経過した商品は返品・交換は致しかねます。ご注意ください。

※天然皮革を使用した商品につきましては、性質上使用している革に若干の個体差がございます。色ムラや血筋、生前の傷が有ることをご理解の上ご購入ください。生前の傷痕なども、強度に影響の無いものは使用させていただいております。

※製造時にやむをえず発生する細かなキズや擦れ、素材上の血筋や生前の傷があるものも良品との理解の上お取引をしておりますので、それらを理由とする返品・交換もお受けできませんので予めご了承ください。

 

About returned goods / exchange

We do not accept returns or replacement of non-defective or undamaged itmes.
※ Please note that the image of the product may be slightly different from the actual color, due to the nature of browsing on a PC or mobile device. We do not treat the color of the image as defective. If you would like to know more details about colors etc, please contact us before purchasing.

[ Returns/Replacement of defective items]
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the items for returns/replacement of defective items.
We accept returns or replacement of non-defective or undamaged items in the following cases:

Within 7days of the date you received the item (Except the items with problems or defects have special manufacturer's warranty or the cases stipulated by the law.).
・ Unused item (Items has been processed or repaired are non-returnable or non-exchageable )
・ With original delivery notes, Tags, packages and accessaries(Please note that we do not accept returns/replacement of the items without original tags).
・ The condition of the item or its exterior has not changed significantly from the delivery (the item that has been exposed to smells, stains, scratches, or sun damage after delivery is not acceptable).
・ The item that was not purchased on sale or at a reduced price.

Upon arrival, please be sure to first check to see if the item has defective and if it matches your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges of items more than 7 days after arrival. Please notice.

※ Some items have individual differences due to the nature of the leather used. Please purchase with the understanding that there may be uneven coloring, bloodstains, and scars. The leather that does not affect the strength of the product is chosen.

Please notice that any small scratches or scuffs that occur unavoidably during production, bloodstains on the material, or scars from before birth are also considered as good quality, and non-returnable or non-exhangeable.
